What this site collects

Nothing from you directly. There are no accounts, no forms, no comment boxes, no newsletter box and no analytics scripts on kiltilakaynj.org. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

What our hosting provider sees

Like every website, the pages are delivered by a cloud infrastructure provider that logs requests at the network edge (your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time) for security and capacity purposes. Those logs are held by the provider under its own retention policy and are not used by Kilti Lakay to identify visitors.

Links to forms and other sites

Buttons such as "Volunteer today", "Interest form" or "Donate" take you to forms and pages operated by Kilti Lakay on third-party services. What you type there is collected by Kilti Lakay under that service's privacy terms, which are shown on the form. Links to other organizations' websites are governed by those organizations' policies.

The TPS Mutual Aid Initiative

People who may be affected by immigration enforcement should not have to hand over their details to get help. The TPS pages on this site are built on that principle: they contain no intake form, and we encourage you to contact partner organizations directly by phone or email. If you email Kilti Lakay, tell us only what you need to.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.

Your rights

If you believe Kilti Lakay holds personal information about you (for example from a form you submitted), you may ask to see it, correct it or have it deleted by writing to haitianflagdaynj@gmail.com. California residents have additional rights described on the California privacy rights page.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting information, this page will say so before it does, and the date above will change.
